I returned a pair and knew that I would pay £2..95. postage.
However, I was charged more than this. Additionally and surprisingly I was also charged for the postage to send them in the first place when I understood the postage was free. The best comfy trainers. I have 3 pairs now in different colours. Walk miles in them. Love the side zips - make them easy to get on and off. I have some diabetes issues with my feet but find the trainers very comfortable and supportive.

Womens Size Guide

Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
