When I first ordered these boots I just loved the look of them and thought the colour would be different to what I had. I ordered a size 5 but when they arrived I immediately tried them on but, unfortunately they were just a little big. I was tempted to keep them as I loved them . However I knew they would start rubbing so reluctantly I packaged them back up and ordered a size 41/2. I could not believe how quickly I received the new pair. I did not have to pay for the return and am absolutely delighted with the boots and the fast service. I have dealt with Hotter for some years now and always very happy with them.

Hotter ankle boots are the only boots I wear. I started buying Hotter y24 years ago and have not purchased footwear anywhere else. As comfortable as slippers. I love them. ❤️

How to measure

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
