Have to buy extra-wide due to custom made insoles I have to wear due to various medical conditions in my feet so there isn't much choice. In my 70's but found these to be acceptable in style, colour and fit (Leeanne II size 6 Grey). Also found Tone II in Cream to be good. Would try others in wide fitting (and have done so in the past for both trainers and sandals) but the return postage costs put me off and am nowhere near Hotter shops for free returns.

How to measure

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
