I don’t know what’s happening with hotter but the shoes are very bad fit 3pairs I have sent back because of this very disappointing and also we did have a shop in our town which was ideal no problem with trying before you buy miss the shop was so much more convenient bad move hotter for not having shops

I first purchased on line and tried them at home and felt they were large.
We visited your shop in Dortchester the staff there were most helpfull and I tried the 4.5 size which suited me better. So they ordered me the 4.5 and i returned the size 5. Thank you again Hotter for your service

Womens Size Guide

Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.

Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
