My husband recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes in your £109 offer. One pair was unsuitable because the front of the shoe was so shallow that it cut into my bunion bone. I took them back to the Solihull branch only to be told the refund would be only £30 .The invoice was itemized at £54.50 for each pair and I feel that that is the amount that should have been refunded. I have been a loyal customer for many years and usually buy my sandals from you. I can no longer do this as I cannot insert my orthotic. I would welcome your thoughts on this issue. Sandra

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
